If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

Thank you Ryan. Your house was perfect -- especially getting to watch the world series on the perfect couch for the whole family. Go Dodgers! The house was a perfect gathering spot for family. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The house is very nice, very clean, had all the extras we needed to be comfortable. The TV’s are setup for guests which is super cool have not seen that yet but very convenient for watching movies and videos without headaches. The AC worked great and the house has plenty of space.

Our stay at the house felt like home. It was big, spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Definitely would rent again if I am near Bullhead City!

Ryan’s thank you for having us in your home very comfortable and relaxing especially after a long day at the lake, 5min to Laughlin and 10 min to Lake. Will come back if possible
