We loved this place we do yearly family trips here and I have to stay out of all the Airbnb‘s. We stayed at this is definitely one of our favorites. We will definitely come back here and do it again.

The road to the house was okay for cars to go down. So no worries there. The property itself was amazing. So beautiful and well taken care of. The pool and spa were amazing! Very clean. Plenty of seating and shade around the pool. We saw a bunch of wildlife. Got to have fun off roading near by. I would highly recommend this rental if you want something quiet and peaceful. Oh and the gym was amazing! Getting to wake up drink some coffee work out and see all those amazing views was a dream. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home.

Honestly this was our 1st "AirBnb" experience! Honest Host and quickly accommodated us since we were left without a place to stay by another host 🙌🏻 Riverfront was a plus! Home was clean with a nice sized kitchen, dining and living room area. Great patio to enjoy waterfront view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. There is lots of space to be organized here in kitchen and closets. If you need an area to work there is a room with a desk which actually came in handy for our son! Kitchen has ceramic coated pans and plastic utensils so bring your own if that's not your thing. Kitchen does have utensils and some dishes so bring anything else you need.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront house in Needles! The location is fantastic, with beautiful waterfront views and easy access to the water. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway. We look forward to coming back!

Our stay at the sunriver estate was incredible. This was our 2nd time staying here. It starts when you first open the front door and you smell how clean the house is as your look at the open kitchen and living room and you get a great view of the pool. All the rooms felt very welcoming makes you feel right at home. You get to swim all day and watch a family movie at night. Just a great place to be able to enjoy family on vacation. Looking forward to reserving this house again.

Absolutely wonderful longterm stay! The host Ryan is so responsive and helpful. The home is in a great location to see wildlife in the backyard by day and stars by night. We hope to stay again and again.

Great place to stay! Five stars! Great location. Wish it had washer/dryer and iron/board but still overall nice stay. Best customer service and response time, that alone is 5 stars!

An absolute delight 😊 Stayed here for Father's day weekend and we absolutely loved it. The house is big enough for a relaxing time and the neighborhood is quite. The host was great! Will definitely pick this for future getaways!
