Everything was great and the house was beautiful. Good neighborhood just watch out at night for coyotes if you take pets. Ryan always was quick to respond if we had a question or needed something. Looking forward to going back thank you again for everything.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. This house is literally 6 minutes away from everything and it was the perfect size for 7 girls to sleep comfortably! The host was very responsive and helpful and made this trip one for the books!! Would 100% recommend!!

Really enjoyed my stay, we did have a slight issue but Ryan responded immediately and was very helpful, felt comfortable and at home. House was exactly what I expected from the description.

The perfect place for a family vacation! The house was clean and cozy, and the outside area was the definition of a getaway! The pool area and hot tub were pristine. Ryan and hosts always replied in a timely manner and super friendly! Will definitely return. :)

Loved this place. Definitely recommend, felt very relaxing and peaceful. It matched the description & photos. it is perfect for a family trip, it had many game options, has many close by stores, very spacious & comfortable. Hosts were also super helpful and friendly, and easy to keep in touch. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a great stay,. The home was just as listed, the beds were super comfy with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked. pool/beach towels provided. and even though the temps were well in the 80's, we had to have a fire one night and enjoy the big Nevada sky. There were a couple things that could be changed out, more so for aesthetic reasons, worn patio rugs, chair cushions, just to add some color would be nice, would recommend tightening bolts on the Adirondack chairs, patio could use a sweeping and pressure washing. also there were no sun loungers for the pool area. In no way did this make our time spent outdoors less enjoyable, just a suggestion. There were no tvs in either of the 2 smaller bdrms, which was somewhat of a inconvenience. all in all, we had a great time and I would definitely stay again !

The place was just as pictured.. if you want something near Laughlin and somewhere where peace is priority this is it!! I loved the pool the open space and the kitchen .. this place is everything it says it is!

RYAN and his home were truly amazing! First off Ryan was very responsive and super friendly. Access to home was fast and easy . The home in the other hand is PARADISE! Beautiful dream vacation home. It’s a must!!!

We had a great time staying here! The area is nice, quiet, and very peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed all the amenities provided, and the location was ideal since it was close to where we needed to travel. Ryan was very attentive and communicated quickly whenever we had questions, which made our stay even better. We definitely plan on coming back—this place is absolutely worth it! 🏜️⭐️
