Our spacious home has 5 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. Dual living areas features sleek furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and large cozy sectional. Perfect for family gatherings or group getaways, our home combines style and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Good to know

Located just minutes from both Laughlin and Kathrine's Landing in a quiet neighborhood, you'll enter our home and immediately be in the sprawling living room, which is one of two living rooms on the lower level. Both living rooms have cozy sectionals with large smart TV's so you have plenty of space to entertain the adults and kids. The lower level has one bedroom with the remaining bedrooms upstairs. There's two dining areas as well in addition to barstool seating around the kitchen. Lower level: Bedroom 1: King bed + smart TV (Sleeps 2) Upper level: Master bedroom: King bed + smart TV (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: King bed + smart TV (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: King bed + smart TV (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 5: Two full-over-full bunk beds (Sleeps 8) Total: 16 guests.

Please read the additional rules before booking. QUIET HOURS It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Bullhead City, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more that 16 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. NO SMOKING PARTIES Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. GUESTS NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 16 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. PETS No pets are allowed at this time. GARAGE Unfortunately the garage is not available for use at this time. QUIET HOURS No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. SECURITY CAMERAS: Guests shall not tamper with security cameras. There is only one Ring camera on the front entry, no additional cameras and absolutely none on the interior of the property. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: There are two air conditioning units throughout the property to keep you cool and comfortable. All of the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees at any time. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
