Bring some clothes, toothbrush and Netflix password to escape to a quiet home in Bullhead City steps from the water and a 10 minute drive to Laughlin. The fully furnished home is located on a quiet riverfront street north of Rotary Park. Pets are allowed (2 max) for $99 per pet (non-refundable). We love dogs so the home has a crate to keep your pet while you're on the water or at the casino. Keurig, wifi and 55" 4K smart TV are available to unwind as well.

Good to know

Located on a quiet street on the Colorado River, the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third bedroom has double full bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains in all rooms make for a restful nights sleep so you can hit the water hard.

House Rules

We love animals and while pets are allowed, they are not allowed to sleep in any of the beds in the home. Should that happen, an additional $150 non-refundable fee would be added for additional cleaning. The lot in front of the home is vacant and you can see the Colorado River in front of it. That is still private property and no trespassing is permitted. The home is monitored by three ring.com cameras around the perimeter of the home. In the laundry room is a switch that powers the camera in the carport. Please keep that toggled on at all times. Should it get turned off, we would have to reach out to the guest staying in the home. Smoking, including vape is strictly prohibited in the house as my wife is severely asthmatic. Should smoking be discovered a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added in addition to no future stays and a negative review.

This place was perfect for the six of us. Very clean and had all the accommodations we could ask for. Great communication. Ryan was very quick to respond to all to the messages I sent him. I would definitely look him up next time we are planning a getaway.
