Enter "Casa de Palmas"-- our little slice of paradise in the heart of Lake Havasu. Our family loves coming here every chance we get, whether swimming in the pool, nights in the jacuzzi or hanging out at the outdoor bar watching a game on either TV's in the backyard. The oversized bedrooms are the perfect place to catch up on sleep after days on the water. Centrally located, plenty of parking, both on the driveway and in the garage for you to bring any and all desert toys you have!

Other Details to Note

The pool is available for heating at an additional cost of $250 per night with a three night minimum. We will set the temperature to 84 degrees and make every attempt to get it to temp, however with overnight temperatures in the desert getting low in the winter, we aren't able to guarantee it. Upon requesting to heat the pool, you would be acknowledging that if the temperature doesn't reach 84 we would not be able to offer a refund.

House Rules

No glass in the backyard. No drinks on the felt-side of the poker table. Do not touch any of the pool equipment Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. PETS We allow dogs only with a two dog max. $100 pet fee per pet. Do not leave unattended in the house unless crated. No pets in the pool. Pick up all hair and waste.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. This house is literally 6 minutes away from everything and it was the perfect size for 7 girls to sleep comfortably! The host was very responsive and helpful and made this trip one for the books!! Would 100% recommend!!

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation in Lake Havasu. Ryan was a very responsive host and offered recommendations and helpful info. The Airbnb was described perfectly Our kids loved the gameroom and pool and we all loved the comfortable rooms and beautiful and peaceful landscaped pool area to make fun family memories at. We enjoyed renting a pontoon on lake Havasu and visiting the donkeys in Oatman.... We would definitely love to stay here again!

The place was even more beautiful in person than in the pics. The house was super clean, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was a dream I didn’t want to leave it, had everything to make breakfast and dinner for our group of 8. Ryan and his crew were very response and they gave a ton of recommendations as far as restaurants, boat rentals, and other things to do including numbers and addresses. The game room was a plus my kids loved it so did my husband and I made us feel like we were kids again back in the 90’s at an arcade. Honestly you don’t even need to leave the house because it had so much to do there. The backyard was amazing and we took advantage of the jacuzzi. Close to everything we were there for. Will definitely be back again!

Great place, lots to do in the house with the pool, bbq area, arcades, poker, table tennis and more. we definitely recommend staying here. Ryan is super responsive to questions and gave some nice recommendations as well.

Our own personal mini resort! This house was Amazing! It was the perfect home for our two small families. The indoor and outdoor space was either exactly or even better than the pictures! The kitchen was spacious and had all of the cooking essentials (we made most meals at home). The game room was a hit with the teens, and the living room was so comfortable to relax in and watch movies together. There was a TV out on the covered patio as well as another on at the tiki bar. We used them all at different times! The pool and jacuzzi were so nice! We travelled in December so the pool was cold, but the teens didn’t care one bit! They were in it every day! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all great! Up to date, decorated, and just so nice and relaxing! This home was like a mini resort all to ourselves! Ryan, our Host, was amazing! He was so quick to answer our questions and help with whatever we needed! We had a perfect AirBnB experience and would definitely stay here again!
