Centrally located and less than 10 miles from Rotary Park and 8 minutes from gambling at The Avi, our home is our favorite place to unwind when we get the chance. Exceptionally quiet neighborhood with plenty of boat parking for you favorite toys!

House rules

No loud parties please. We want to respect our working neighbors. City enforced quiet hours from 10pm-7am We love animals and while pets are allowed, they are not allowed to sleep in any of the beds in the home. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, max two. Dogs only at this time. Smoking, including vape is strictly prohibited in the house. Should smoking be discovered a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added in addition to no future stays and a negative review. The home is monitored by one Ring camera near the front door.
