We want everyone to have a great experience — these guidelines help keep things smooth for all guests: QUIET HOURS • 10 PM – 8 AM • No loud music or disruptive behavior during this time NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This is not a party property. Small gatherings are fine, but large parties or events are not allowed. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. PARKING You may park in the driveway or the street, The garage is not available for use at this time. POOL The pool is not heated at this time. SMOKING No smoking or vaping in the home. If smoking outside, please do so away from doors and windows and dispose of any cigarette butts. PETS Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up. **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party property. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
