Below are the House rules, when booking this property is agreed-upon. 1) Disclaimer, homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur a while on these premises or facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By excepting and making a reservation, it is agreed that all guest are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises and agree to abide by the house rules. 2) Feel free to use the back patio deck to catch a great sunrise. Absolutely no going on the roof of the house. All the patio chairs with cushions for the back patio furniture are in the garage. Please return them before you leave, so the wind does not blow them away. 3) Please place all trash in the trash can on side of the garage. If checking out on Saturday or Sunday if you could please roll them down by the street for trash pick up on Monday AM. 4) Arrival and Departure: Check - In time is 4:00pm, and Check out 10:00am. Cleaning and maintenance are pre-scheduled, so adhering to the check- out time it’s very important. Please depart at the greed upon time to ensure the home can be cleaned properly for the following guest. Prior to check out, we kindly request that you leave the home in the same orderly fashion as when you arrived. 5) Guest Occupancy: The maximum number of guest is a limited to 8 persons. (including adults and children of all ages) additional three bedrooms there is also a queen size air mattresses in bedroom with twin beds. Please no extra guest, events or parties without prior approval from the homeowners. 6) House Keeping: Please leave all dirty towels in laundry room upon leaving. Please leave all beds unmade upon leaving. Please load all dishes into dishwasher and start the load when leaving. All dishes should be return in the general place that you found it in arrival. This helps keep our cleaning fee down. There is no daily housekeeping service. The cleaning fee is for a standard cleaning only. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If our house is left in poor condition and additional cleaning fee is required, additional cleaning cost will need to come out of your deposit. 7) Quiet Times : Please be very respectful of our neighbors, no noise past 9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and no noise past 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Our neighbors are pretty cool , but if we receive any noise or nuisance complaints from them or police get called out we will have to ask you to vacate immediately, are ability to provide this house as a vacation rental is affected by how our neighbors feel, and we will not compromise with that. 8) For You To Know: One of my personal boat is kept on the side of the house. 9) No fireworks at all to be let off on the property. 10) BBQ is available for your use. Propane is not provided. If it's full, feel free to use it, if it's empty please fill before you leave. Also please, clean after using. 11) Please return all cornhole boards, darts and games where you found them. 12) All fishing poles and tackle are not for Guest Use. Please do not use them any broken or missing will be billed to guests.
