House Rules

Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee and is PER PET WITH A TWO PET MAX. No pets in the pool or on furniture. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We loved staying here! It was perfect! Clean, large, stocked and had a space for the kids to play with toys included. The host was easy to communicate with. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great place to stay AND great communication! They accepted my reservation last minute at 8p and I was in the home by 9p. Saved me from a bad hotel reservation experience. Highly recommend staying here.
