House rules

Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee and is PER PET WITH A TWO PET MAX. No pets in the pool or on furniture. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We enjoyed our stay in Bullhead City and Ryan was an excellent host! He was very responsive, friendly and always ready to help with any questions, as well as offering recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, shopping, etc. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The house was clean, cozy and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience! Thanks for a great long weekend — until next time!
