House Rules

Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee and is PER PET WITH A TWO PET MAX. No pets in the pool or on furniture. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, accommodating, comfortable and had no issues checking in or out. Definitely will be looking to book again when we come back to the area.

We had such a great stay here! The house is big, super clean, and has everything you need. It’s really close to the lake, which made it easy to get out and enjoy the water. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything even smoother. Perfect spot for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!
