Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee and is PER PET WITH A TWO PET MAX. No pets in the pool or on furniture. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

This house was such a great place to stay and we enjoyed every day of it! Conveniently located, super clean and easy to find. Huge backyard and the grill was great for dinner! It also had clean towels and kitchen supplies to use. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone we know!
