It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. NO SMOKING PARTIES Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. GUESTS NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 8 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. PETS Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up. QUIET HOURS No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. SECURITY CAMERAS: Guests shall not tamper with security cameras. There is one Ring camera on the front entry, one on the back patio door, one on the front driveway and absolutely none on the interior of the property. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: We want to keep you cool and comfortable in the summer. However, the thermostats CANNOT be set below 68 degrees at any time. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
