Small gatherings are fine, but large parties or events are not allowed. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. PARKING You may park in the driveway or the street, The garage is not available for use at this time. POOL The pool is not heated at this time. SMOKING No smoking or vaping in the home. If smoking outside, please do so away from doors and windows and dispose of any cigarette butts. PETS Due to a severe allergy in the family, no pets are allowed at this time. **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party property. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well.
