About

Our "Endless Summer" home is the quintessential spot for your family's vacation! Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 15, our vacation home was built for families like ours! Situated right next to open Arizona desert, you can take your RZR directly on the trails right from the driveway. Once done, spend the day by the pool with the family, get a competitive game of air hockey, watch an outdoor movie on the patio or enjoy the Arizona sunset with peak-a-boo views of the Laughlin casinos!

Good to know

The property itself sits on over half an acre with the main neighbor being open Arizona desert! Nestled at the end of a cul-du-sac and with tons of parking, you have all the space to bring your desert or water toys! The pool area as you enter is a massive PebbleTech pool with spa (see notes) and over 25 foot tall Saguaros is the picture-perfect way to relax and unwind in Arizona. The large shaded patio area has air hockey and ping-pong tables as well as a propane BBQ. Through the double French doors is the open kitchen with oversized, stainless steel center island to layout dinners buffet-style or get some heavy baking in! Fully stocked with all major and most small appliances you'll have everything you'll need! The dining area features a large table as well as an banquette for additional seating while still in the same room. The living room with fireplace has plenty of seating and games or catch your favorite show on our smartTV. All four bedrooms down the hall feature two with attached bathrooms including the master. Bed layouts are below: Master: King bed, sofa bed, rollaway bed (sleeps 5) Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, queen bed (sleeps 3) Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin bed (rollaway) (sleeps 3) Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2) Total: 15

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property. Also please be mindful of the wild animals in the area such as coyotes. Snakes and mice have been found in the pool, though extremely rare.

House Rules

- Quiet hours STRICTLY enforced: 10pm-7am - No glass in the backyard. - No beer in the pool. (Damages equipment and chemistry) - No drinks or sitting on any of the game tables. - Do not touch any of the pool equipment - No parties beyond approved number of guests. Pets: Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). No pets in the pool. Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are available for a fee and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!

The spa is propane-heated and can be heated for $100 per day with a three day minimum with certain rules for heating. The heating schedule each day is 5pm-11pm. Pets are welcome with a two dog max. $150 pet fee per pet. See additional rules. No cats allowed— severe allergy.

The host was very responsive to a few questions I had throughout our stay. Overall it was a great stay with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. We mainly stayed at the home and there was plenty to do there with the pool, hot tub, ping pong, etc. Had we stayed longer we, probably would have taken advantage of the many activities available close by.

This place is perfect for hosting a big family! We were a group of 15 coworkers+family and we all fit great. The outdoor areas were very cool. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Plenty of bathrooms, no one had to wait too long to shower. 10/10 would rent this spot again. Thank you!

Ryan was a fantastic host extremely helpful and very responsive. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was available to us at all times even after we had checked out. We had left some items behind and he was immediately available to help and came up with a quick and easy solution. 10/10 we will be back!!
