Mid-century flare, 4 bedroom home with AMAZING pool is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day on the water. Our home boast large bedrooms with memory foam beds and two massive bathrooms. The huge great room is plenty of room for your family to relax and catch up, stocked with board games. Out back you'll find a sprawling green belt within our association. Our brand new pool had the perfect water feature to hear when enjoying the views at the end of the day! *FYI pool is not heated

For our STR permit and property insurance, we are only allowed to have a max of 12 people on the property at any given time. Please do not message us about asking for more or trying to sneak more than 12 people in at the property. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund. We want to make sure one group doesn’t ruin it for everyone else. Hope you understand! We live in an HOA that has some strict rules, so here’s the not-so-fun stuff: - Trash day: Thursday. If you’re staying here, please put the trashcans out and place them back on the side of the house as soon as possible. - Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. No loud music. - Marina: Abide by no wake zone. - Leave ducks alone. - Fishing is catch and release with barbless hooks. - Do not park on sidewalks. - Do not park on empty lot next door. *We do not allow any guests beyond the max number for the property. Any violations will result in a cancelled reservation with no refund. Any violation of the HOA rules that results in a complaint or citation to owner will result in forfeiture of $500 deposit and immediate cancellation of reservation.

Great spot in Bullhead City, centrally located and near the river. Bonus to have a little green space (quite well used by the little ones) just off the back yard. Would book again!

Loved this place. Definitely recommend, felt very relaxing and peaceful. It matched the description & photos. it is perfect for a family trip, it had many game options, has many close by stores, very spacious & comfortable. Hosts were also super helpful and friendly, and easy to keep in touch. Will definitely be visiting again.
