Pets: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Everything looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The space had everything we needed, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

This house was a perfect place to stay. Very clean, nice refreshing pool very quiet. The house itself was extremely clean spacious and had all of the amenities that you need and when you reached out with a question, they literally responded to you within five minutes. it was so great. I would recommend anyone to stay there and we would stay there again.

We recently stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. House was as described and looked like the pictures. Host was helpful and always very responsive. There were a few things during our stay that we had suggestions/improvements we thought were needed and we communicated them directly to the host. We would stay again in the future and would recommend this to others.
