Welcome to "Grand Luxe Havasu", our private luxury retreat in Lake Havasu! Our stunning home features a sparkling pool, spa, and a wet bar perfect for entertaining. With no neighbors on either side, enjoy privacy while taking in breathtaking sunset views. Feel free to store your boat in our spacious RV garage. Whether you're unwinding by the pool or catching up with friends on the in-pool barstools, be prepared to have the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment!

Please read the additional rules before booking. POOL/SPA HEATING The pool and spa run on propane which unfortunately isn't cheap. To heat the pool, it would be $250 per day for a three day minimum. For the spa to be heated, it would be $50 per day (three night minimum) and the spa would run from 5pm-11pm. DRIVEWAY The driveway to the two car garage does have a steeper elevation than the RV garage. QUIET HOURS It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Lake Havasu, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more that 12 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

House rules

It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. NO SMOKING PARTIES Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. GUESTS NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 12 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Violating this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. PETS No pets are allowed at this time. We have a severe allergy in the family and are not able to host guests with pets. POOL/SPA No glass in the backyard or near the pool. There's plastic cups and dishware in the kitchen for you to use. Under NO circumstances are guests to touch the pool equipment. The equipment is under surveillance, but if you need assistance, please reach out to us! ABSOLUTELY NO FURNITURE IN THE POOL! QUIET HOURS No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. SECURITY CAMERAS: Guests shall not tamper with security cameras. There are 10 security cameras on the exterior only. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: We want our guests to be comfortable at all times and the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation with no refund.

Had an issue with the door code that was resolved in second. Very responsive and great host. Def booking them again. It was a las minute booking and could of not been any better. Thanks
