Less than 5 miles to the London Bridge, nestled on a quiet street, you'll have the best of both worlds-- a quiet, comfortable stay and a convenient location. We also have RV hookups and plenty of parking for you to bring all of your lake and desert toys! Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom while you get ready to enjoy fun on the lake!

Good to know

Enter through the smartlock and you'll immediately notice the modern shades of gray throughout the great room, feeling like your sitting inside a diamond. The split layout home all have spacious rooms including an oversized master bedroom complete with hip, saloon doors to enter the updated master bath. Past the coffee bar, you'll enter the sun room with dining space and plenty of sunshine!

RV hookups: $50/night. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We were here for a week with our adult children and the house was perfect. Lots of space to relax, play games, enjoy morning coffee while taking in the mountain views. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and easy to get to the local attractions, restaurants & stores.

I have booked over 50 Airbnb past 10 years, this one made top 5. 5-stars plus, clean, remodeled house, everything you need to feel like home, three bedroom's nice mattresses. T.V. everywhere. Corner lot close to everything!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived and was a great place to relax after a full day out. The host was excellent with communication, providing clear instructions and being quick to respond to any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience. The combination of a well-maintained space, a convenient location, and a helpful host made this a place we’d happily stay at again.

The house was perfect for what I was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for more. Clean, comfortable, easy in and out. Most importantly plenty of room to back my boat into the RV parking. Anyone looking for a place that needs boat or RV parking. It’s perfect.

Ryan's place was exactly as advertised - location is a short drive from everything in Lake Havasu, while being off the main road (so a quiet haven in the evenings). Definitely recommend if you're spending time in Lake Havasu

We're happy to give 5 stars all through as Ryan's place was perfect for us. An extremely well presented clean house in a quite location, everything worked as it should. We will happily stay there again when we return to Lake Havasu City next year. Ryan was a great host.
