Less than 5 miles to the London Bridge, nestled on a quiet street, you'll have the best of both worlds-- a quiet, comfortable stay and a convenient location. We also have RV hookups and plenty of parking for you to bring all of your lake and desert toys! Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom while you get ready to enjoy fun on the lake!

Good to know

Enter through the smartlock and you'll immediately notice the modern shades of gray throughout the great room, feeling like your sitting inside a diamond. The split layout home all have spacious rooms including an oversized master bedroom complete with hip, saloon doors to enter the updated master bath. Past the coffee bar, you'll enter the sun room with dining space and plenty of sunshine!

RV hookups: $50/night. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We're happy to give 5 stars all through as Ryan's place was perfect for us. An extremely well presented clean house in a quite location, everything worked as it should. We will happily stay there again when we return to Lake Havasu City next year. Ryan was a great host.

This was the perfect ' Diamond đź’Ž' to celebrate our 15yr anniversary. The home decor was the best I've seen, felt very cozy. Parking our boat was very easy and the location was great and close to our favorite spots. We will definitely be back, Thank you so much.

We had an incredible stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail really stood out — from the fresh linens to the thoughtful touches throughout. The space felt welcoming, clean, and perfectly cared for. Ryan and his hosts were exceptional and incredibly helpful in every way. They were very accommodating to my family and me. My parents, wife, and kids all loved this place. As soon as you walk in, it smells fresh and clean, and the couches and bathrooms are immaculate. We rent a lot of different Airbnbs because we visit the area often, but this property felt different; it truly felt like home. The property is conveniently located near the Riviera launch area, making it ideal for boating. It was also very private and peaceful. All the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great! This is truly a one-stop destination to enjoy and create lasting memories with family. Thank you to Ryan and his hosts for allowing us to enjoy our family weekend!

Ryan’s place was an incredible stay for our crew! It is only minutes away from the new Riviera Marina! Ryan was responsive and gave tons of recommendations for restaurants and things to do throughout Havasu. There was plenty of parking; you could easily fit 2 25-30 foot boats plus a few cars with the given parking space. If given the opportunity, we will definitely stay at Ryan’s place again!
