Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.' *PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late check out *PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

At first, the neighborhood is a little confusing coming in and out of but the house itself sits right on the corner so it felt private and peaceful. The house itself is such a beautiful home with its own unique twist such as the vintage environment. We had so much fun at the pool and sitting in the living room enjoying some good old family time. The basket with the towels near the back patio door was such a nice touch. The string lights outside made the house feel more cozy. Everything was clean and in good repair. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions or comments or concerns we had. Definitely booking this house again when we come back to Havasu!

The home was a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay, roomy bedrooms with lots of bathroom space allowed for all of us on the trip to relax and enjoy our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and everything one would want to do in Havasu city is within a reasonable distance. Our hosts were very communicative with details about the house prior to check in, local recommendations for rentals and food, and they also had extremely quick response time to any questions we had about the house.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool and outside space was great. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms fit our group well. The beds were very comfortable. It was a very fun and comfortable home and in a great location.

Ryan's place was very comfortable, it was like being home away from home. Our host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Offered recommendations on boat rentals and restaurants and places to see and things to do. His place had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner, a nice size barbecue grill, huge pool, and chairs to lounge in and an upper deck where we watched the beautiful sunset over the lake. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
