Just minutes from the lake, beaches, and nightlife, it's your ultimate "Desert Oasis" for adventure and relaxation!

Please read the additional rules before booking. QUIET HOURS It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Lake Havasu City, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more that 14 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. POOL/SPA HEATING: Pool heating: $250/night Spa heating: $50/night (Three night minimum) We will set the temperature to 84 degrees and make every attempt to get it to temp, however with overnight temperatures in the desert getting low in the winter, we aren't able to guarantee it. Upon requesting to heat the pool, you would be acknowledging that if the temperature doesn't reach 84 we would not be able to offer a refund. PETS: $100 pet fee per pet (2 pet max, dogs only) Do not leave unattended in the house unless crated. No pets in the pool. Pick up all hair and waste. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

House rules

It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. NO SMOKING PARTIES Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. GUESTS NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 14 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. PETS No pets in the pool or on furniture. No pets left unattended unless crated. QUIET HOURS No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. SECURITY CAMERAS: Guests shall not tamper with security cameras. There is only one Ring camera on the front driveway, one in the backyard, one on the doorbell and absolutely none on the interior of the property. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: There are two air conditioning units throughout the property to keep you cool and comfortable. All of the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees at any time. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
