Pets: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

Note: The air conditioning in the garage does not work. The backyard is completely open for your use and enjoyment, but there's a couple points to mention about the property: - The firepit is built, however, we are waiting on specific parts from our contractor for full use. As of now, it is NOT available. - Spa use is available for heating year-round. The pool is NOT heated at this time. - In order to maximize the heat in the spa during the colder months, it's imperative to return the cover to it when not in use. Failure to do so will prevent it from getting to the desired temperature. -Users of the spa and pool assume all liability and may swim at their own risk while following posted pool rules. Owner is not liable or responsible for injury or misuse of amenities. -Should you need any assistance with the pool or equipment, reach out to us immediately to help resolve and get you back to enjoying your vacation. This will limit any unnecessary additional damage or frustration. -The home sits on a main road and has a slight slope leading up to the garage.
