Welcome to "Essential Havasu"-- our stunning Lake Havasu home, perfect for families. Our spacious retreat features three comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Enjoy endless fun with a private pool, an exciting garage arcade, and a relaxing putting green. As the sun sets, gather around the cozy firepit for memorable evenings under the stars. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our home offers the ultimate getaway experience in beautiful Lake Havasu.

Master: Queen (sleeps 2)

Sleeps 12 We have RV hookups available on the garage side of the property. They are 50amp with water and sewage and available for $50 per day.

Other Details to Note

The pool is not heated at this time. Firewood is not provided but you're welcome to bring some or buy some in town. Starter propane tank is provided but if you plan on doing a lot of BBQ'ing you might want to bring an extra tank.

House Rules

No glass in the backyard. No smoking No parties/events Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum PETS: pets are allowed with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, maximum two dogs. Please no pets in the pool and do not leave them in the house unattended unless crated. Before checking out please make sure all hair and waste is picked up. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are available for a fee and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!

House was nice. Everything was very clean! Ryan was helpful in letting us know what there was to do around the area and very accommodating to all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Havasu.

Thank you so much, Ryan, for giving us this opportunity to stay at your Lake Havasu City, especially as first-time Airbnb renters. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. The pool was amazing, the arcade was a fun bonus and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious enough for all of us to cook and make wonderful memories together. We also loved having two separate living spaces- the main living room and the additional room in the garage which gave everyone plenty of space to relax. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ryan was very helpful through out our stay, which made everything even better. We truly made great memories and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being such a great host.

Ryan’s a phenomenal host with a great home for a fun weekend and the late. Family/friends and I went for the weekend and it was perfect. From the gorgeous home with pool, arcade, mini golf putting and just a very comfortable stay. Ryan was a great host who was attentive at all times and helped provide great recommendations for the weekend. My family enjoyed the stay and we would love to book some time in the future. Thank you very much Ryan, we really appreciate it.
