Room layout:  Master: Queen (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Twin/Twin and Twin/Full (sleeps 5) Bedroom 3: Twin/Twin and Twin/Full (sleeps 5)  Sleeps 12 We have RV hookups available on the garage side of the property. They are 50amp with water and sewage and available for $50 per day.

Other Details to Note

The pool is not heated at this time. Firewood is not provided but you're welcome to bring some or buy some in town. Starter propane tank is provided but if you plan on doing a lot of BBQ'ing you might want to bring an extra tank.

House rules

No glass in the backyard. No smoking No parties/events Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum PETS: pets are allowed with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, maximum two dogs. Please no pets in the pool and do not leave them in the house unattended unless crated. Before checking out please make sure all hair and waste is picked up. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are available for a fee and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!
