The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and amazing shower with multiple jets for a full-body experience! The second bedroom also has a comfortable King size bed and access to a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third and fourth bedrooms each have full-over-queen bunk beds, with access to a full-sized bathroom, and direct access to the patio and beautiful lake views! There is a mini-split AC unit in every bedroom and living room. There is no "Central AC". There are also fans throughout the home, both ceiling fans and available free-standing fans if guests need additional airflow. Complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. House rules

HOUSE RULES: -Be respectful. -Clean up after yourself, indoors and out. -Be mindful of noise, especially after 9pm. -Do not tamper with the cameras, noise monitor, lights, WiFi, pool equipment (if applicable) or any other equipment. Tampering may lead to a $175 charge. -Guests must sign Rental Agreement that is sent via email. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. -Security deposit is required for any potential damages or loss of items. -If equipped with heated pool, pool heating is an additional fee, must be paid in advance, and must be utilized for a minimum of two consecutive days. -If equipped with in-ground spa, heating is only available between 8am-10pm PST, in 4 hour blocks, and must be requested by guest. -Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. -If Guest remains beyond check-out, Guest will be charged $150. -Violation of noise and code enforcement policies will result in $1000 fine. -If animal hair or waste is found after your stay, guest will be charged $150 for additional cleaning. - Holiday weekends require a three night minimum. SAFETY REMINDERS: -Security cameras are located on exterior of home and may record audio/video when movement is detected. Cameras are not hidden and are visible to guests. Cameras may be located in exterior spaces, such as front and back yards of property. -Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms inside home -Fire Extinguisher and First Aid kit available POOL/SPA SAFETY: SWIM AT OWN RISK (If Equipped) -No Lifeguard on Duty, No Running on Pool Deck, No Diving -Do not swim while intoxicated. -Please watch your children, and others who may not be strong swimmers. Pool/Spa area may not be separately fenced from backyard area. -No glass near or around pool. Remember to utilize the plastic tumblers, not glass. -In event of emergency, call 911 immediately MECHANICAL FAILURE. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Landlord cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problems to the Landlord immediately. Landlord will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Landlord is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Landlord is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Landlord is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE LANDLORD BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL THE LANDLORD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE LANDLORDS SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property by the Rental Party and Guest’s visitors are entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party or Guest’s visitors to observe the Rules and restrictions set forth. VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT. If Guest or any member of the Rental Party violates any of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to maximum occupancy, visitors and rental rules and restrictions, Landlord may evict Guest and the Rental Party from the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively "Releasees") as well as the owner of the property.
