Please read the additional rules before booking. PETS Due to a SEVERE allergy in the family, we do not allow pets at this time. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. POOL The pool is not heated at this time. SPA The spa is not available for use at this time. PARKING You're welcome to use the driveway to park as well as either side of the driveway. No garage access at this time. QUIET HOURS It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Havasu, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 8 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

House Rules

It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. NO SMOKING PARTIES Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. GUESTS NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 8 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Violating this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. PETS Due to a SEVERE allergy in the family, we do not allow pets at this time. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. POOL No glass in the backyard or near the pool. There's plastic cups and dishware in the kitchen for you to use. Under NO circumstances are guests to touch the pool equipment. The equipment is under surveillance, but if you need assistance, please reach out to us! ABSOLUTELY NO FURNITURE IN THE POOL! QUIET HOURS No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: We want our guests to be comfortable at all times and the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation with no refund.

My Family had a great time!! The House was perfect Clean and Comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. The House was exactly as it was described. Great view of the Lake from the backyard. I would definitely rent this house again. Ryan was an excellent Host very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with answers to any questions and make sure we had everything for our stay. 5 Star service.

I'm afraid if I say all the wonderful things I want to say, more people will want to stay there and I won't be able to book it. I WILL 100% stay there again. It will be my go to anytime we go to Havasu. The house was super clean (I walked around barefoot, and I NEVER do that). The couches were super comfortable for lounging (a HUGE plus for my husband!). The pool was cool and the view was beautiful! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles plus a large pontoon. All around, a great place!

Perfect Stay for a Family! This house was exactly what we were looking for — clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. It perfectly accommodated our family for our trip and had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The layout was great, the home had a great comfort feel . We especially appreciated how spotless everything was when we arrived. The pool had plenty of toys and floats for our kids to play with. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with family!
