Please read the additional rules before booking. PETS Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $130 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture or in rooms and any hair/waste is picked up. PARKING You're welcome to use the driveway to park. The garage is not available for use at this time. On street parking is restricted to deliveries or short time guests and invitees only. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. LAKE The lake is a manmade lake. Swimming is prohibited, however canoes and paddleboards are acceptable. We do not provide those at this time. Fishing is permitted, however, barb less hooks are required. Fishing for White Amurs (grass carp) is prohibited. A catch and release policy is in effect for all fish. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Fort Mohave, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 10 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

House rules

It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. NO SMOKING PARTIES Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. GUESTS NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 12 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Violating this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. PETS Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet fee is $130 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture or in bedrooms and any hair and waste is picked up and disposed of from the property. COMMUNITY AMENITIES You must respect and follow the rules of the community and amenities including the pool, spa, pickleball courts and gym at all times. NO GLASS in the pool area. Keys to gym and pool are on the key hook. Keep pool card away from heat and moisture. Fee will be charged for damaged or lost key and/or key card. QUIET HOURS No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: We want our guests to be comfortable at all times and the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation with no refund.
