House Rules
It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed.
NO SMOKING
PARTIES
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly.
GUESTS
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 12 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Violating this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
PETS
No pets are allowed at this time. We have a severe allergy in the family and are not able to host guests with pets.
POOL
No glass in the backyard or near the pool. There's plastic cups and dishware in the kitchen for you to use. Under NO circumstances are guests to touch the pool equipment. The equipment is under surveillance, but if you need assistance, please reach out to us! ABSOLUTELY NO FURNITURE IN THE POOL!
QUIET HOURS
No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: We want our guests to be comfortable at all times and the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working.
EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out!
PARKING
only the two car garage and driveway are available for use at this time. The third car garage has our vehicle stored in there currently.
**Important Note**
Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests.
This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation with no refund.

The home was beautiful, Ryan was an awesome host, and the process was seamless from beginning to end. He was friendly, immediately responsive, and he provided clear, easy instructions for everything. The home looks exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was spotless, extremely spacious, and is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, just minutes from the marina. I would definitely recommend this home, and would book again. 😊

Our family had a great time at Ryan's place. We loved the location as it was on a dead end street and it was near the golf course. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and allowed for us all to have a comfortable stay.
