*NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED - All visitors must be approved by hosts *NO PETS * No glass in the backyard. * Do not touch any of the pool equipment *QUIET HOURS 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED *NO FIREWORKS *Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.' *PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late check out *PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
