You work hard, you deserve to truly unwind. Our Mediterranean villa sits on over half an acre with pool, spa, putt-putt golf, massive garage for all your toys, and sunset views of Lake Havasu. The four oversized bedrooms sleep 10 people comfortably with plenty of room to gather or spread out and carve out some quiet. One of our favorite features beyond all of the above is our massive living room with the gorgeous, coffered ceilings. We're excited to open our home up to your family!

House rules

No glass in the backyard. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

After having our other vacation home canceled on us at the last minute we found this place to stay, it was nicer than expected and very clean, I was very impressed (and I'm not easily impressed). We came up to spend Thanksgiving week in Lake Havasu and are looking to buy a vacation home here. After looking at dozens of homes in the area it was hard to find anything that compared to where we were staying. The home is amazing and Ryan was very accommodating to our request for a flexible check-in as we were traveling with my daughter our new grand babies (twins) of 3 months so it was nice to have that flexibility. Until we find a vacation home to buy I hope to make this our go to place to stay while staying in Havasu, you wont be disappointed in this home.
