OCCUPANCY The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight in the property is eight (8). The total number of people permitted on the property at any time, including visitors and overnight guests, is twelve (12). PETS Due to a SEVERE allergy in the family, we do not allow pets at this time. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. NO PARTIES Parties, events, or gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in a fee and the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. QUIET HOURS It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. PARKING Guest may park up to 2 vehicles in the community gates. All vehicles must fit with in the lines of the parking space. Your first vehicle can be parked directly outside the condo. Please park your second vehicle in the guest spots facing the left block wall of the complex. If you have more than 2 vehicles please park outside community gate. There is no garage access. DO NOT block any garages or driveways, you will be towed at your expense. NO GARAGE ACCESS AT THIS TIME
