House rules

PETS: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet, max two. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. GAME ROOM: Please let plenty of sand on the shuffleboard to prevent scratching from the discs. Do not use the exterior doors in this room. Use care when playing arcade games and do NOT climb on basketball game. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The lay out and details were beyond what we were expecting. Photos don’t do the size of the home justice; super spacious and way bigger than expected. My family and I loved the furniture and decor. Very simple and not over done. We felt like we were at home. A great family home if you have little ones. Our kids loved the basketball arcade game in the home. They also loved the additional living room with a tv. That was extremely helpful for entertaining them while still enjoying our own tv in the front living room. The host responded quickly and even let us check out an hour later than originally arranged which my family and I were thankful for. What really stood out is the crib provided and they even had diapers! My family and I would 100% stay here again. It fit all 10 of us comfortably.
