The master bedroom offers a plush Queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and 2 Full-Sized bed. The interior of Casa Sunset is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay. Note: you must be able to climb stairs here. Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee and is PER PET WITH A TWO PET MAX. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
