About

Welcome to "Desert Daze"! Our brand-new build centrally located right next to the nature preserve in Bullhead! We wanted to create a space that was a total vacation vibe for us while we stay and hope you and your family enjoy the little touches we've added throughout the house! Relax in the open concept living room, back patio with string lights or hang out and play ping pong or darts in the garage! Our home is very quiet but still feet from the main highway including 5 miles to Rotary Park!

Good to know

You'll enter into the main living room that is open concept perfect for family get-togethers. Everything is brand new, and we flexed our creative muscles to design something unique and special. The living room has a smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming apps and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need as well! The French doors off the dining room will take you to the backyard to relax under the covered patio. Down the hall are all of the bedrooms-- the master is a king, second bedroom is a queen and the third is full-over-full bunk beds that can sleep 4. Through the laundry room, you'll find the garage where we have it decked out with insulated garage door, mini split AC unit, chairs, mini bar, ping pong, and darts!

Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Early check in: $50 No pets at this time— severe allergy in the family. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

The house was so cute and set a fun desert tone with all the landscape wall murals. The air conditioned garage game room was perfect for the kids. The entire place was well designed and clean. And it course Ryan was a great communicator and host.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 4th of July weekend. Our kids could not get enough of the playroom. Everyone was entertained. We cooked some delicious meals in their spacious kitchen. We created many meaningful memories with our family. The host is a great communicator, much appreciated.

We often come out to bullhead to visit family, and this was our first but not last time at this home. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about this place, especially the game room. Absolutely recommend, Ryan is a great host!
