House Rules

PETS: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet, max two. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass in the backyard. No tampering with the pool equipment. POOL Super important! To keep the pool clean and pristine for you and the next guest, the pool vacuum must stay plugged in at all times. Unplugging it causes the pool filtering to stop entirely and there would unfortunately be a $75 fee. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
