Our home which we've lovingly nicknamed "Bella Luna" offers easy access to outdoor adventures, local dining, and casinos. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates your group of six. The fenced yard features a spacious outdoor living area with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and a covered patio for open-air dining. Minutes away from Lake Mohave, casinos, and golf, Bella Luna is perfect for your Arizona getaway!

Fire pit is wood-burning and BYOW: Bring your own wood. The spa and pool are NOT available for heating at this time.

Other Details to Note

Please read the additional rules before booking. PETS Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up. We have a large kennel for you to use! POOL/SPA The pool is not heated at this time. The spa can be heated for a fee of $50 per day. In order to do this, we need to coordinate it prior to your arrival and would need your email address. The app that you would download would allow you to control it within the hours of 5pm-11pm. PARKING No garage access at this time. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day. OCCUPANCY For our short term rental permit with the city of Fort Mohave, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 10 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

House Rules

Pets: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

Fantastic stay! This place was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was spotless and had all the comforts of home. It’s a newer home with modern amenities and a spacious interior that gave us plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of supplies, plates, utensils, and small appliances, making cooking easy and convenient. Our kids loved the pool, which was a great way to cool off, and the house stayed nice and cool despite the outside temperatures soaring over 100 degrees. The neighborhood is quiet and semi-secluded, providing a peaceful retreat. The patio is lovely with plenty of space to host guests comfortably. Everything worked flawlessly, and we encountered no issues with any equipment. A huge thank you to Ryan, our host, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly and providing helpful local tips. It’s clear he cares deeply about his guests’ experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Luna. The house was clean and well organized. The pool was a big hit with our kids especially since its hot in Bullhead in July! Our goal for the trip was the lake but this house felt like an oasis after a hot day in the sun. The host was great and proactive and helpful. We definitely would stay here again in the future.

This Airbnb was so great!! I stood here since it’s close to laughlin lake and it was right down the street! Not only was the place nice, neat, but also the pool really made us all enjoy our time. Gave us such a nice experience. Ryan sent many local recommendations which was so nice ! Was also very responsive. Will for sure love to stay here again!
