With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates your group of six. The fenced yard features a spacious outdoor living area with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and a covered patio for open-air dining. Minutes away from Lake Mohave, casinos, and golf, Bella Luna is perfect for your Arizona getaway!

Fire pit is wood-burning and BYOW: Bring your own wood. The spa and pool are NOT available for heating at this time.

Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste).
Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated.
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am.
Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum.
No parties beyond approved amount of guests.
No smoking or vaping.
No glass by the pool.
No tampering with ANY pool equipment.
Firepit is on a bring your own wood basis.
THE SPA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HEATING AT THIS TIME

Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said:
If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

A must if you are in the area and need an amazing, beautiful, relaxing and spacious place to stay. Gorgeous house, backyard, and close to everything. Ryan was absolutely amazing in accommodating us and helping with suggestions on where to eat, etc. A+++++

Ryan was an amazing host. He was very clear and very responsive. We loved our stay and would love to come back again. I had an amazing birthday. Close to Vegas about an hour and a half drive with breath taking views from the house all the way there!!
