With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates your group of six. The fenced yard features a spacious outdoor living area with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and a covered patio for open-air dining. Minutes away from Lake Mohave, casinos, and golf, Bella Luna is perfect for your Arizona getaway!

Fire pit is wood-burning and BYOW: Bring your own wood. The spa and pool are NOT available for heating at this time.

Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum.
No parties beyond approved amount of guests.
No smoking or vaping.
No glass by the pool.
No tampering with ANY pool equipment.
Firepit is on a bring your own wood basis.
THE SPA IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HEATING AT THIS TIME

Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said:
If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

Our stay was very peaceful and cozy. The home was so clean, spacious, and had a very homey feel to it. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard, as it was very relaxing and serene. Throughout our entire stay, Ryan was very communicative, responsive, and an overall great host! We definitely would love to stay here again next time we come into the area :)

Our extended family was in Bullhead City for the wedding of our daughter. With much going on, we managed for every person to have the chance to swim in the lovely pool and not exceed the house maximum. The kitchen was perfect for the meals I prepared. The great room and the patio were just right for visiting, depending on the weather. Beds were very comfortable. We really had no complaints about the house or the location. We will definitely try to stay again, since our daughter lives in BHC.
