- Quiet hours STRICTLY enforced: 10pm-7am - No glass in the backyard. - No beer in the pool. (Damages equipment and chemistry) - No drinks, food or sitting on the pool table. - Do not touch any of the pool equipment - No parties beyond approved number of guests. Pets: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). No pets in the pool. Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are available with a fee and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!
