We want everyone at Breezy Shores to have a great experience — these guidelines help keep things smooth for all guests: RESPECT SHARED SPACES This is a multi-unit property, so please be mindful of other guests when using common areas. QUIET HOURS • 10 PM – 8 AM • No loud music or disruptive behavior during this time NO PARTIES OR EVENTS This is not a party property. Small gatherings are fine, but large parties or events are not allowed. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF Please leave shared spaces (BBQ, seating areas, etc.) clean for the next guest. PARKING Park only in designated areas within the property. SMOKING No smoking or vaping in the home. If smoking outside, please do so away from doors and windows and dispose of any cigarette butts. PETS Due to the nature of the property and community space, no pets are allowed at this time. DAMAGE Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING The guest agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 85 degrees and that the fan shall be on the "Auto" setting. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. The river currents as well as water temperature can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party property. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
