Both bedrooms feature luxurious queen beds with the master have two additional rollaway beds for two more guests. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed for two. If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

The home is beautiful and very clean. I was able to enjoy the nearby river and relax in the hot tub to unwind from my busy schedule. This was the perfect getaway!

The house was amazing! Beautiful area, very calm. The house was very clean and it was very easy access. The host was very nice and friendly, he reached out various times with different things to do around the house and restaurants to eat at!

Ryan & Sara are the best hosts! There home is definitely home away from home. Ryan would get back to me with in 30 minutes of every question. Their hot tub is so nice to unwind and relax in. Our son felt so at home here. We love going to the river as it’s a small walk around the corner. House heats fast if needed and cools fast. Showers are well designed & very clean. While at our stay we met great neighbors! 20/10 start rating!
