Welcome to the Sundrops Villa! A resort-style four bedroom home just minutes from the Laughlin casinos and Katherine's Landing. Sitting on a cul-du-sac with plenty of parking, relax and unwind after a day on the water or the desert. Cabana, loungers, shuffleboard, comfy beds and smartTV's-- there's plenty to do to relax or recharge!

Good to know

Walk into the foyer to the open living room with a sectional as well as a pullout sofa bed. Spot a place on the floor-to-ceiling chalkboard to eat at the next day or phone number to order a pizza. Through the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find the dining room with shuffleboard table and giant neon sign. Out of the double French doors will take you to the backyard with propane BBQ, cabana and loungers to take in the Arizona sun or the tranquil starry nights. Back down the hall inside are the four bedrooms with the bed layout as follows: Master: King (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: (2) Full beds (sleeps 4) + smartTV Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2) *Living room: Pull out sofa (sleeps 2) Total: 6 beds (sleeps 12) *The pool is NOT heated at this time*

House rules

Pets: Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
