It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed.
NO SMOKING
PETS
We have a severe allergy in the family and do not allow pets this time. Unauthorized pets would be subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee.
PARTIES
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly.
GUESTS
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 12 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY.
POOL/SPA
No glass in the backyard or near the pool. Under NO circumstances are guests to touch the pool equipment. The equipment is under surveillance, but if you need assistance, please reach out to us!
QUIET HOURS
No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Guests shall not tamper with security cameras. There are two security cameras on the exterior only. One in the front entry and one backyard.
AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: In the summer months, it gets very hot and we do our best to ensure you check into a cool house, however the thermostats CANNOT be set below 70 degrees. Doing so won't cool the house faster and will result in the units freezing up and not working.
EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out!

Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests.
This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and was perfect for our familys yearly summer trip to AZ! Plenty of space, pool was a major plus and parking for our jetski was perfect! Our hosts were great! They were attentive and prompt on answering questions and making sure all was good! Most definitely would recommend!!!
