House Rules

Pets: Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. **Important Note** If you lose the key fob for the pool area, an additional charge of $300 will be added to your reservation in order for us to get a replacement.

Parking: We provide 3 parking spaces. 2 covered parking spaces and 1 uncovered. There is no street parking but there is a small lot by the pool that is first come, first serve (NO OVERNIGHT) Pool: The pool is open from 6am to 10pm. You will be provided a key fob to access the common pool area.
