After pulling into the driveway, you'll see the deep blue, expansive beauty of Lake Havasu just over your shoulder. Equipped with pool, spa, bar, firepit, horseshoe, shuffleboard table, into bar and three outdoor patios, you have all the ingredients for a relaxing, peaceful and memorable trip. Welcome to "The Nut House"!

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. House rules

No pets allowed at this time. No glass in the backyard. No drinks or sitting on the shuffleboard table. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
