About

"The Sundance Bullhead" is our family's desert utopia away from the hustle-and-bustle of life. We decided we couldn't keep this to ourselves and decided to open it up to families looking to create treasured memories during their trips to the river. Pool, spa, plenty of parking for all of you desert toys, plus nestled on a quiet but convenient street, the house has it all. It's a 5 minute drive to the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. Experience "The Sundance at Bullhead"!

Good to know

Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath has a split-bedroom layout between the master and other bedrooms. You'll enter the house and immediately notice the clean, relaxing earth-tones of the living room. To the right you'll find three of the bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has trundle bed for flexibility depending on the number of people staying. Back to the kitchen which is fully stocked, you can pass through to enter into the garage where we keep cornhole to play. The master bedroom, just off the kitchen, has a massive king bed and attached bathroom that is handicap-accessible, if needed. The sprawling and gated backyard is equipped with pool, spa, cabana space, fire pit and is surrounded by LED lights for any twilight swims. There's also an outdoor bathroom and shower for use so that you don't have to trek back into the house. The pool is not available for heating at this time.

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property. Lastly-- This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.

House Rules

No glass in the backyard. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are available for a fee and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!

Absolutely comfortable, was plenty of room for my family. We’re all tall but felt spacious! The rooms were the perfect size, as well as the backyard for our service animals! Had zero issues getting there and checking in and out! Only about 10 minutes from Laughlin and 15 minutes from the sports fields. If you’re coming for sports, keep in mind the 95 does get congested sometimes so give yourself and extra 10 minutes just in case. The hosts were wonderful and gave plenty of information, they’re also very responsive and give good recommendations 👍🏼 would absolutely stay here again if we come back to the area!

What a great place to stay, didn’t use beautiful pool to cold but jacuzzi was a life saver after couple rounds of golf. House was clean and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. We only used one bedroom but place had plenty of room. Give this place a try you won’t be sorry quick drive to anywhere you want to go in area.

We immediately felt at home the place was spacious and comfortable. It was easy to locate everything we needed. The kitchen was full of amenities. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and spent quality time outside. Based on our experience we would definitely visit this wonderful place again.
