The Tiki Oasis is exactly that-- an oasis in the desert jam-packed with both fun and relaxation for the entire family. The sprawling property sits on over a third of an acre complete with pool, spa, BBQ, fire pit, arcade games, smart TV's and more! Three bedrooms, plus game room, two bathrooms and sleeps 14 there's plenty of room to spread out and have fun or quiet time and relax. We love our time as a family here every chance we get and hope you and your family enjoys the home as much as we do!

Good to know

You'll enter into the open floor plan with kitchen, dining sunken living room and immediately notice the massive pool through the huge bay window. Past the fully stocked kitchen will be the game room with pool table, arcade games and smart TV you can access the backyard through the French doors to soak it all in. Back past the living room are all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and bunk beds, perfect for one family on vacation with their kids. The master bath has a walk in shower and overside soaking tub to relax after a day on the water. Plenty of room for parking and a massive backyard to work on your tan or relax at night in the above-ground jacuzzi. House rules

Pets: Pets allowed with $125 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). No pets in the pool. Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
