Fort Mohave at its finest! Nestled on a golf course, our home is the quintessential vacation home for you to bring your family to have a relaxing, memorable stay. Whether you're spending the day on the river or lounging by the pool, our Fort Mohave home is the place to chill at the end of the day. We enjoy bringing our kids here as often as we can and it has been our place to detach and reconnect. We hope you and your family enjoy the home as much as we do!

Good to know

As soon as you walk in, you'll notice the warm desert vibes with pops of red and blue. The split layout gives you plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and unwind. The coffee bar offers your choice of pods or drip coffee as well as stocked with board games and activities. The master suite with attached walk-in shower gives you views of the backyard and golf course. The second bedroom is elongated with a queen bed and workspace if you need to take a second to check back in with the world. The third bedroom has two full-over-full bunk beds that technically can sleep 10. Lastly, as you walk past the kitchen and dining room and out to the backyard, you'll fight the temptation to jump into the crystal-clear pool. With unique turtle tiles, you wont feel far from a resort, especially overlooking the expansive golf course.

Pool Heating Policy Enjoy FREE pool heating when you book 7 nights or more for stays between March 1 and October 1. • Free heating applies for up to 7 nights maximum. For shorter stays or outside the free offer: • Pool heating is available for $75 per day • 3-night minimum • Please request at least 3 days in advance

House Rules

No glass in the backyard. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. Please do not take out the pool vacuum from the pool so that the pool can stay pristine for you! **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay (8) or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. No undisclosed guests. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

We came down for a golf tournament and the house and host were both above and beyond what we expected. Absolutely loved that there was a water softener as well. The pool and hot tub were both so nice to have also. Ryan was very responsive with all questions and helpful with recommendations for dining and other activities. Hope to stay there again next year!

This place was a great fit for all eight of us. The kitchen was very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, and we were able to go on pleasant walks right from the house. The back patio was great for playing in the small pool, grilling burgers, soaking in the hot tub, and relaxing by the fire. It’s the perfect place to stay as a home base for a vacation.
