PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR BOTH PROPERTIES! -Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. -Two pets allowed PER property (4 total) with $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. -No smoking of any kind. -Respect the property lines. -Please remember the home is directly connected with nature. Please respect the landscaping and natural beauty. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation. Many have lost their lives or property by not respecting the river and we don't want that to happen. **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. The river currents as well as water temperature can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property.
