About
Situated in Cimarron Lakes just a short drive to Jack Smith boat launch in Needles, our three bedroom home is our favorite place to relax after a day on the water! Newly updated with open concept living room and kitchen we also love the split bedroom layout which is perfect for our family and bringing another one when we stay.

If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

An absolute delight 😊 Stayed here for Father's day weekend and we absolutely loved it. The house is big enough for a relaxing time and the neighborhood is quite. The host was great! Will definitely pick this for future getaways!

Ryan & Julie were great hosts; thanks for the recommendations as well. Where the home sits is on a very quiet neighborhood with everything within reach. The home is very inviting, clean and spacious; very comfortable.

This place was home away from home. Everything was clean and organized. The backyard has an awesome view. I will definitely stay here again, if we were to come back into town.
