Welcome to Mohave Ridge! Our spacious retreat boasts a private pool, spa, views and a fun arcade room for the kids! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Laughlin casinos from the comfort of your large patio. Ideal for multiple families, the house comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with multiple bedrooms and ample living space. Perfect for families or friends looking to unwind and enjoy the desert sun with all the comforts of home! Plus a large 3 car garage as well as drive through driveway.

Good to know

You'll enter the home and immediately to the right find the large game room with full-over-full bunk beds and arcade games such as Wheel of Fortune, Pac-Man, Fast and the Furious, and basketball hoops. The large living room sectional allows the family to stretch out and enjoy their favorite streaming apps on the smart TV. On the west side of the house are two of the bedrooms with one of them having two full beds and the other one having a king bed. The bedroom with the king bed has direct access to the patio as well. On the other side of the property is the master bedroom with king bed, smart TV patio doors out to the patio and large, open walk-in shower. Other Details to Note

The pool is not currently heated at this time. The spa can be heated for $50 per day for a three day minimum and will be run from 5pm-11pm. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.

House rules

Pets: Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be cleaned up afterwards (hair and waste). Pets must not to be left unattended in the house unless crated. No pets in the pool. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Holiday weeks/weekends require a three night minimum. No parties beyond approved amount of guests. No smoking or vaping. No glass by the pool. No tampering with ANY pool equipment. **Important Note** Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said: If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.
