No glass in the backyard, especially near the beach. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Please remember the home is directly connected with nature. Please respect the landscaping and natural beauty. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation. Many have lost their lives or property by not respecting the river and we don't want that to happen. NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS TIME **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying. The river currents can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are available for a fee and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!
