-Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. -No pets allowed with $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Two pet max, dogs only. -Pets must not be left in the house unattended unless crated and all hair and waste must be picked up. -No smoking of any kind. -Respect the property lines. - Do not use neighboring docks. - Please remember the home is directly connected with nature. Please respect the landscaping and natural beauty. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation. Many have lost their lives or property by not respecting the river and we don't want that to happen. **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. The river currents as well as water temperature can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible. Both options are $100 and we’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out a day or so prior to your arrival and we’ll let you know if the dates or our cleaners can swing it!
