It's our utmost goal to make sure our guests have a great stay and want to return every year! Though it's not the fun part of opening our home, we do have rules for both the home and community that are important to be followed. *HOUSE RULES* QUIET HOURS: No excessive noise, music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to the neighbors will not be tolerated. The city has STRICT quiet hours that begin at 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. PARKING: Respect the property lines, please NO parking on the empty lot next door. It will get towed. Keep bodies, equipment, and watercraft in beach areas in front of home only. Do not use neighboring docks. SECURITY CAMERAS: Guests shall not tamper with security cameras. There are two cameras on the exterior of the home only— one camera in the front driveway and the other in the backyard. All exterior cameras are to promote the safety and security of the guest and the house. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping in the home. If smoking outside, please do so away from doors and windows and dispose of any cigarette butts. GUESTS: NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please notify the host if you'd like to add any additional guests to your reservation. THE HOME HAS A 10 PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. PARTIES: Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. No drug use and please drink responsibly. PETS Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: The guest agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 85 degrees and that the fan shall be on the "Auto" setting. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check-in or late checkout whenever possible for additional fee. We’re happy to try to make that happen if we can! Just reach out! **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. The river currents as well as water temperature can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property. Upon booking, you acknowledge the risks and assume all responsibility for your property and guests. This is not a party house. We want everyone who stays to have an amazing time but we also respect our community and neighbors as well. If you plan on bringing more guests than booked or have more visitors than discussed and agreed, we will simply cancel the reservation.
