Our own personal mini resort! This house was Amazing! It was the perfect home for our two small families. The indoor and outdoor space was either exactly or even better than the pictures! The kitchen was spacious and had all of the cooking essentials (we made most meals at home). The game room was a hit with the teens, and the living room was so comfortable to relax in and watch movies together. There was a TV out on the covered patio as well as another on at the tiki bar. We used them all at different times! The pool and jacuzzi were so nice! We travelled in December so the pool was cold, but the teens didn’t care one bit! They were in it every day! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all great! Up to date, decorated, and just so nice and relaxing! This home was like a mini resort all to ourselves! Ryan, our Host, was amazing! He was so quick to answer our questions and help with whatever we needed! We had a perfect AirBnB experience and would definitely stay here again!

We loved Ryan’s place, a wonderful retreat while we were packing up our home in the same neighborhood. Quiet and safe street away from the main road. The garage hang out was a bonus for our two teenage boys. The kitchen appliances were new and very nice.

Ryan's place was exactly as advertised - location is a short drive from everything in Lake Havasu, while being off the main road (so a quiet haven in the evenings). Definitely recommend if you're spending time in Lake Havasu

This is our second stay and I couldn’t be more happy. I love this place. It’s peaceful. It’s quiet. It’s perfect. The master bedroom is unbelievable. The kitchen always is fully supplied with cooking items. I definitely will be making more reservations.

We loved this house! It was as described and the location was perfect. We loved how peaceful the street was, the backyard, all the kitchen pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. Plus communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this place! We have stayed at several Air bnbs in Bullhead/Fort Mojave area since we come for Thanksgiving every year and this place was probably our favorite! It was extremely easy to enter and exit especially with multiple people staying at the house. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Spent lots of time in the backyard which is on the golf course and it was so nice and perfect for the kids. Also loved the small gym in the garage, I was able to workout while my son rode his bike on the col de sac. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to shops, markets, food, etc. Hosts were so responsive and helpful. Will stay again and highly recommend!

Wow! We had a phenomenal stay, all thanks to Ryan and this AMAZING property! We have stayed at many Vrbos, and let me say this property far exceeded any previous stay. There were plenty of towels, bedding, utensils, kitchenware, even trash bags! Everything was spotless, and not just on the surface. Every cup, utensil, drawer, pillow, and bed was absolutely clean. The game room was a fun and unique area. The patio was huge, with plenty of seating, overlooking the beautiful lake. We stayed over Thanksgiving break, and the large kitchen had everything we could have needed, and then some. There was even a drawer stocked with extra foil and zip lock bags! And an air fryer! The rooms were spacious, every bed was comfortable. Each room was equipped with it's own AC/heating unit. The living and dining room had plenty of seats. And Ryan was so kind and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our stay was great though we had to checkout early due to a family emergency. The home was difficult to get to due to flooding but it was a great property in all other ways.

Ryan was extremely accommodating for the amount of people i had with me in my group. the house was immaculate. roomy and fit everyone just fine. he is extremely helpful and an overall amazing host.
